No. DKV InstantFuel works with your own corporate credit card. There is no DKV credit line, no credit check and no DKV consolidated invoice.

You deactivate the driver in the dashboard with one click. Their app access is locked immediately; no cost is charged for that slot from the next month onwards.

If the stored card declines a charge, the fueling fails. The driver is notified in the app and has to use a different payment method. As an admin, please check whether the stored card is still valid and has sufficient funds.

Yes. Currently the limit is €500 (incl. VAT) per single fueling event and €10,000 per month per account. That comfortably covers a 20-driver fleet at average volume. For special needs — e.g. truck fueling or large tanks — please get in touch, individual adjustments are possible.
