What is DKV InstantFuel?
DKV InstantFuel is a purely digital solution for your fuel management. You replace physical fuel cards with the app and a central web dashboard. This allows you to manage, control, and export all your team’s fuel transactions 100% digitally.
Who is DKV InstantFuel suitable for?
The solution is ideal for smaller companies and teams (1-20 drivers) who want to digitize their fuel receipt management quickly and easily. You can get started right away, as no additional verification is required.
What is the difference between this and a classic DKV fuel card?
DKV InstantFuel is a “bring your own credit card” solution that is ready to use immediately. You register your company credit card as the central payment method. A classic DKV fuel card, on the other hand, offers its own DKV credit limit (subject to credit check) and results in a bundled DKV collective invoice. InstantFuel is the fastest way to digital receipt management.
How does billing work and what does it cost?
DKV InstantFuel is a flexible service that is billed on driver basis. You pay €2.49 (net) per month per active driver. All fuel purchases made by your team are billed directly to the company credit card you have stored in the dashboard.
Where can my drivers pay with the app?
Good to know: DKV InstantFuel is based on the technology and acceptance network of PACE Mobility GmbH. For you, this means that through this product, you have specific access to gas stations within the PACE network. Other DKV services or gas stations outside of this network are not part of the InstantFuel contract, unless otherwise specified.
How does this work for my accounting?
You automatically receive a digital receipt that complies with tax office requirements for each transaction. In the DKV InstantFuel dashboard, you can download all receipts and transaction data as a tax-compliant export (e.g., a zip file with transaction overview and the coresponding fuel receipts) for your accounting department or tax advisor.
What happens when a driver leaves the company?
As a manager, you retain full control in the dashboard. You can deactivate a driver at any time with a single click. Their access to the shared company payment method is then blocked in real time.
Do my drivers need a company cell phone?
Not necessarily. Your drivers can also install the DKV InstantFuel app on their personal smartphones. The app only provides a possibility to fuel with your designated DKV InstantFuel payment method.
